Healing Support for PTSD and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD)

If you’re living with the effects of trauma, you’re not alone—and healing is possible. I provide trauma-informed therapy with compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and first responders struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD).

Whether your trauma stems from a single event or prolonged exposure—such as childhood abuse, domestic violence, or emotional neglect—I can help you:

  • Process traumatic memories safely
  • Reduce flashbacks, nightmares, and hypervigilance
  • Manage anxiety, dissociation, and emotional numbness
  • Addiction issues
  • Heal from shame, guilt, and self-blame
  • Build trust, self-worth, and emotional resilience
  • Reclaim your life and relationships

I use proven methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deep healing and long-term recovery.

You are not your trauma. I can help you begin your healing journey with expert trauma therapy.

Private pay therapy options are available.

PTSD Therapy: Healing from Trauma and Regaining Balance in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV and Southern New Hampshire:

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can impact every aspect of your life. People with PTSD may experience intrusive thoughts, flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbing, irritability, or sleep disturbances. Symptoms can vary in intensity and often fluctuate depending on triggers or reminders of the traumatic experience. Because these reactions aren’t always visible to others, it can feel isolating—but you don’t have to face this alone.

It’s normal to respond to overwhelming events, but with PTSD, these reactions persist and interfere with daily life, affecting school, work, relationships, and your sense of self. Without support, symptoms may worsen over time, increasing the risk of depression, other anxiety disorders, substance use, or suicidal thoughts.

I approach PTSD with the understanding that mental health is as important as physical health—they influence each other, and both deserve attention. Just as you wouldn’t ignore a serious physical injury, your emotional wounds deserve care. In therapy, I provide a safe, supportive space to:

  • Process and make sense of traumatic experiences
  • Reduce symptoms and manage triggers
  • Restore emotional balance and self-regulation
  • Rebuild confidence, safety, and connection in daily life

Through evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, therapy can help you heal, regain balance, and reclaim your sense of safety and agency. You don’t have to carry trauma alone—support is available, and recovery is possible.
