The Way Forward Is Through—and You Don’t Have to Do It Alone

If you’ve struggling to feel grounded or in control, I help you create lasting change in a safe, supportive space.

My Therapy Style

At times, life can feel like you’re carrying a heavy, invisible load—expectations, past wounds, and constant pressure that show up as anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or a quiet sense of hopelessness. My approach to therapy focuses on helping you understand what you’re carrying and why, making sense of what has shaped you, and building the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space grounded in informed choice, personal agency, and genuine connection—where we work together so you can feel supported, grounded, and back in control of your life.

What I Specialize In

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship wounds, and reproductive distress, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR and EMDR 2.0, IFS, KAP, CBT, and DBT. I work with people seeking to reduce emotional overwhelm, burnout, and self-criticism while building regulation, insight, and healthier patterns of connection. I also provide trauma-informed support for fertility and reproductive challenges—such as infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, and postpartum transitions—helping clients process grief, strengthen resilience, and regain balance during vulnerable periods.

Outside of the Office

After completing my undergraduate and graduate degrees at Syracuse University, I decided to leave my hometown of Syracuse, New York to explore life in Las Vegas, Nevada and later Concord, New Hampshire. After years of moving back and forth across the country, I found my final home in Denver—a city that perfectly feeds my love for both culture and the great outdoors. Here, I find balance in the mountains, snowboarding, spending time with my dogs and connecting with my closest friends and girlfriend. These experiences ground me, offering the same sense of adventure and fulfillment that I strive to help my clients find in their own lives.

There is a way through, even when it doesn’t feel clear. We’ll find it together.
