Finding the right therapist can be difficult when local choices are limited, schedules do not align, or you want greater privacy than a nearby office can provide. Online therapy expands your options without requiring you to spend additional time traveling each week.
I provide online therapy throughout New Hampshire for adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional shutdown, relationship difficulties, burnout, and stressful life transitions.
More Than Managing Symptoms:
You may already understand why you react the way you do but still feel unable to change it. Anxiety keeps returning. Conflict follows the same pattern. You continue supporting everyone else while feeling increasingly disconnected from yourself.
Therapy provides space to understand what is happening underneath these reactions and develop healthier ways of responding.
Our work may help you:
Treatment is tailored to your history and goals. Some clients notice meaningful shifts early in therapy, while deeper or more complex concerns may require longer-term work. Results and treatment length vary.
Online EMDR and Trauma-Informed Therapy:
I specialize in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach used to help people process distressing experiences that continue to affect the present. You do not necessarily need to describe every detail of an experience for EMDR to be helpful.
EMDR can be provided through secure online sessions using bilateral stimulation adapted for virtual treatment. We begin by establishing safety, identifying your goals, and ensuring you have tools for regulating difficult emotions before moving into deeper processing.
I may also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other trauma-informed approaches. This allows treatment to address both the experiences underneath your symptoms and the practical skills needed to manage daily life.
Therapy for Emotional Shutdown and Relationship Stress:
Emotional distress does not always look like visible sadness. It may appear as irritability, constant productivity, avoidance, isolation, relationship conflict, substance use, or feeling emotionally numb.
Many clients are accustomed to being dependable and self-sufficient but struggle to communicate what they need or believe others will genuinely support them. Therapy offers a private place to examine these patterns without judgment.
For couples, online therapy can help identify the unmet needs, fears, and protective responses beneath recurring conflict. The purpose is not to assign blame. It is to help both partners understand the cycle and practice healthier ways of communicating and reconnecting.
Areas of focus:
Online Therapy Throughout New Hampshire:
Online sessions are available to clients located throughout New Hampshire, including Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Portsmouth, Dover, Keene, and surrounding rural communities.

Begin With a Free Consultation:
A free 15-minute consultation gives you an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and determine whether my approach fits what you are looking for.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That is part of what therapy is there to help with.

Online therapy gives you a flexible way to get support without needing to travel. If you’re located anywhere in New Hampshire, we can meet virtually and find an approach that fits your needs and goals.
