EMDR Therapy in Denver • Online Across CO, NV & NH
Sometimes the hardest part of starting therapy is finding support that fits into your actual life. Between work, family responsibilities, long commutes, and limited local options, attending an office every week may not be practical.
I provide online therapy throughout Colorado for adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional shutdown, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Sessions offer the same personalized attention as in-person therapy while allowing you to connect from a private, comfortable location.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are:
Life can appear manageable from the outside while anxiety, exhaustion, resentment, or disconnection continue building underneath. You may be meeting your responsibilities but still feel stuck in patterns you cannot seem to change through insight or willpower alone.
Online therapy can help you:
Treatment is personalized around your experiences, needs, and goals. New clients are generally encouraged to begin weekly or every other week so there is enough consistency to build momentum and support deeper work.
Online EMDR Therapy in Colorado:
I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, commonly known as EMDR therapy. EMDR helps address distressing experiences that continue to influence your emotions, beliefs, physical reactions, and relationships.
EMDR can be adapted for secure online sessions using forms of bilateral stimulation appropriate for virtual therapy. Preparation and pacing are tailored to you. Some clients are ready to begin processing relatively quickly, while others benefit from spending more time strengthening emotional regulation and establishing a sense of safety first.
I may also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and other trauma-informed approaches to help you better understand your reactions, build practical skills, and create lasting change.
Support for Adults, Couples and Teens:
Many of the people I work with are accustomed to being the reliable one. They support everyone around them but struggle to ask for help, communicate their needs, or allow themselves to be supported.
For men, emotional distress may appear as irritability, isolation, overworking, relationship conflict, or shutting down rather than visible sadness. Couples may find themselves repeating the same argument without understanding the fears and protective reactions underneath it. Teens may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, pressured, or unsure how to express what is happening internally.
Online therapy creates a private space to slow these patterns down, understand what is driving them, and respond differently.
